Portable picnic snacks

Pizza snails:
1.  Roll out puff pastry until about 3mm thick
2. Cover pastry in a tablespoon of salsa and a tablespoon of sun-dried tomato purée
3.  Add torn ham, soy cheese and fresh basil
4.  Roll up and cut into 16 equal sized circles
5.  Cook for 15 mins in a 200 degree oven ... taking care not to singe the basil as I did!
