Dairy-free and egg-free weekly menu plan


We are still away, enjoying the Highland summer, so here is next week's easy, quick menu plan:  

Friday – sausages and roasted vegetables 

Saturday – tuna, tomato, courgette and basil pasta

Sunday – fish, chips and peas

Monday – chicken burgers, wedges, salad

Tuesday – butternut, bacon, sage risotto

Wednesday – chicken, jacket potatoes, salad

Thursday – spag bol (from freezer)
