nodairynoeggsnodramas: Thank you for reading! I am a wife and mother of three young boys, one of whom has IgE/type-I immediate allergies to dairy and egg. I’ve always loved to eat, plan and cook. I try to provide my family with tasty, nutritious food whilst keeping costs down, avoiding food waste, saving as much time as possible and er, avoiding allergic reactions. I want to record how and what we eat for sentimental and organisational reasons (I love a menu planner) and hopefully it just might be of help to other parents wondering what to feed their allergic children.
