Dairy free and egg free menu plan

Back from hospital ... this week we are utilising the freezer stash as much as we can:

Friday - beef and lentil bolognese with garlic bread

Saturday - sausages, mash and beans 

Sunday - salmon fish cakes served with potato wedges and peas 

Monday - bacon, courgette and tomato pasta bake with crispy crumb topping 

Tuesday - savoury mince beef and veggie pie with steamed savoy cabbage 

Wednesday- bacon and red pepper pizza with salad 

Thursday - breaded fish, sweet potato wedges, peas
