Dairy-free and egg-free weekly menu plan


We are now back at home so quick and easy food finds itself on the menu this week to enable us to cope with jetlag and getting back into the familiar routine ... a short week too:


Monday - bacon, courgette, mushroom, tomato and basil fusilli

Tuesday - bacon and mushroom risotto 

Wednesday - bacon (yes, I bought a double pack of bacon!) and veggie pizza, potato wedges and salad 

Thursday - beef and lentil bolognese (from the freezer)
